Work for a cause that matters. Join a team of passionate people using sport to unlock the potential of Nigeria's youth.
TSL is a young, mission driven organisation and every member of our team, paid or volunteer, plays a meaningful role in how we serve children and communities across Nigeria. We value purpose, integrity, and the kind of creativity that comes from people who genuinely care.
We are a small and growing team. Our hires tend to be multi skilled, self motivated individuals who are comfortable working across roles, learning fast, and adapting to a grassroots environment. If you want a corporate career in a corporate building, we're probably not the right fit. If you want to do something that matters every single day, read on.
All paid roles are based in Lagos unless otherwise stated. We also have remote friendly positions for the right candidates.
Don't see your role listed?
We're always open to hearing from talented, mission aligned individuals. Send us a speculative application and tell us how you'd like to contribute.
Send Speculative ApplicationThese aren't posters on a wall. They're how we make decisions every day.
Every decision we make is measured against one question: is this the best outcome for the young people we serve? Their welfare, dignity, and development come before everything else.
We will never charge a participant. We will always go to where the talent is, not wait for the talent to come to us. Access is not a privilege. It is a right.
Every naira of donor or partner funding is tracked and reported. Every hiring decision is made on merit. We hold ourselves to the same standards we ask of the young people in our programme.
We are a grassroots organisation but we are not a low standard one. Everything we produce, from coaching sessions to website copy, should reflect care, craft, and pride in the work.
We don't parachute into communities and leave. We build long term relationships with families, local leaders, and community organisations. Our work is built with communities, not for them.
Building something meaningful is hard. We encourage our team to iterate, learn from setbacks, and keep going. The mission is bigger than any single setback.
Send your CV and a short cover letter (no more than one page) explaining which role you're applying for and why TSL is the right place for you at this point in your career.
TSL is an equal opportunities employer. We actively encourage applications from women, people with disabilities, and candidates from underrepresented communities.
