Our Programmes

Four pillars that take a young person from the street all the way to a professional opportunity, completely free of charge.

Every young person who enters the TSL pathway goes through a structured four-stage programme. Each stage builds on the last, giving participants not just technical football skills but also the life tools, confidence, and real opportunities needed to succeed, on and off the pitch.

Life Skills, children in class
01

Life Skills

Before we ever put a ball at a child's feet, we invest in the whole person. Our Life Skills sessions cover communication, goal setting, financial literacy, conflict resolution, and personal responsibility. Partnering with educators and social workers, we equip participants with a foundation that will serve them regardless of where football takes them.

Street Talent Hunt, scouts at work
02

Street Talent Hunt

Our scouts visit community fields, public spaces, and school grounds across Nigeria to find children who show raw ability, determination, and passion. No polished background or prior club experience required, we look for the spark. Successful candidates are invited to open trials and assessed by trained TSL coaches.

Training

Selected players enter structured weekly training under qualified coaches. Sessions focus on technical skills (dribbling, passing, positioning), tactical awareness, physical conditioning, and team dynamics. We also run specialised sessions by position, goalkeeper, defender, midfielder, and attacker, to make the most of each player's natural strengths.

Talent Showcase

The Talent Showcase is where potential becomes visible. We organise mini tournaments, friendly matches, and invitation only showcase events attended by scouts, club representatives, and football academy directors. Outstanding performers may be referred to academies, invited to formal trials, or connected directly with local and international scouts.
